World Changers

This week it was an honor to serve the country of Argentina with the Maxwell Leadership Foundation. Together over 140 certified coaches from over 15 countries led VALUES ROUND TABLES to transform the Leadership in government, education, faith based organizations, homeless shelters and corporations to over 18,000 leaders who are now equipped as facilitators to LEAD Argentina to the next level of impact.

These values represent 6 pictures of transformation that are the critical steps to becoming a community of impact through demonstrating value conversations.

The second picture is doing it with others and here I am working along side one of the hundreds of translators that volunteered their time to help us achieve our goals pf facilitation My translator in this room of over 100 attendees was Serena, a 21 year old college student who is FIRED up about how she can make a bigger difference in the world. She added significsnt value to our training and I am grateful for her time amd willingness to serve our team.
