Pass The Torch For Women
You can find out more at www.passthetorchforwomen.org
Professional growth for women is not a “one-size-fits-all” formula.
Each person is on their path with different goals, needs, and expectations. The Pass, The Torch for Women Foundation, has created a nationwide community whose sole purpose is to support women on their professional journey. Wherever they are in their careers, there is a place for all women to learn, grow and share

Pass the Torch for Women is a mentoring organization that serves women at every stage of their life and career. Mentoring terms pair mentors and mentees and span over five months.

Developing Professionals
If you are entering or re-entering the workforce, making a career pivot, a Project Grow Alumnae, or even looking for a way to accelerate your personal and professional growth, the Developing Professionals Program is the place for you. Here you will be part of a community that supports women in their professional journeys through formalized mentoring relationships, leadership training, and networking opportunities.

Project Grow is for Female College Students
This is an academic year-long engagement.
