Share Your Spark, Brighten the World

Adding value to others comes easy when you always think about your audience first.
When I received the call to consider preparing a keynote for the Johnson County Senior Services Senior Summit, I felt my heart melt. Kimberly Smith and her amazing volunteers and God’s Girls hosted another beautiful event.
To prepare: I have been listening to my mentor, John Maxwell, teach his lesson on the 6 Pictures of Transformation on the Maxwell Leadership Podcast and this keynote was tied into a theme of how to Share Your Story Your Spark to Brighten Your World.
You see we all have a powerful energy that we don’t even see. It’s a magnet and attracts people to us but sometimes we forget what that magic is or even why we were given a certain gift. So my job during this event was to remind each and every person in this audience WHY they matter. It was my job to connect their spark to their purpose RIGHT NOW and encourage them to share their spark around the table, and build a bridge to their legacy.
The takeaway: WHO will you inspire this week? Who will you pour into to leave your legacy?
