Transformation is a catalyst for a better tomorrow

I am v𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗲𝘅𝗰𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗱 to announce 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗜 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗔𝗿𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗮 𝗶𝗻 𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝘅𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗹 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗧𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲𝘀.
I read a reminder posted by my friend Sherri Dempsey Barton about how much planning, preparing and design goes into each moment that contributes to the mission to transform countries.
Each year, John Maxwell and his team are invited by presidents and other top leaders of foreign countries to come and partner with them to bring values-based leadership to their country.
Long before we arrive, the senior Maxwell Leadership team have already:
1) Met with senior political leaders and leaders of the eight streams of influence that shape the community—government, education, business, faith, arts, media, sports, and healthcare—and confirmed they are ready to invest their influence in transformation.
2) Developed a team of leaders that take ownership of the program.
3) Designed and tested a customized solution for adults in each of the eight streams. And,
4) Deployed the end-to-end transformative solution to reach 10% of a community or country’s population and evaluated for positive outcome.
"We believe that engaging at least 10% of a given population through Transformation Tables will take us to a tipping point that results in a transformation movement.
As individual lives are changed, the organizations where those individuals work are transformed … the culture of the organizations improve … and they go on to influence other people, other communities, one-by-one—ultimately sparking nationwide transformation!"
