“Intention is a Seed, Action is the Harvest”

Here’s what I’m learning

Your best intentions do not make up for action.

Even though this is day six of 75, there have been really tough days already making sure that I have prioritized the action over intention to accomplish my goals thus far.

What I’m learning is the value of anticipation.

Everyday is a choice:

We can think into a strategy all day long.

We will not face obstacles until our intention shifts to action. That’s when it gets really hard, and that’s when you have to press through. Some of my obstacles have been a busy calendar and trying to shift the priorities of an outdoor workout versus an indoor workout, the weather, and the obstacles of planning out how to drink enough water (a gallon) before midnight. Starting your day off with the big rocks helps you accomplish those goals to be consistent all day long.

This challenge is about your capacity to prioritize what is important.

Success is built up till it shows up. I'm ready to step into the next level, are YOU?

This has been a great learning experience these past six days.

I encourage you to put yourself on a 75-hard challenge with an accountability group if you have been on the fence and are stuck in any thought process or strategy to get to the next level. It will not only change your perspective, it will change your level of impact.
