Hello, I'm Melahni,  founder of Everyday Leaders, and I’m excited to welcome you to our 8-week group Leadership Roundtable and Growth program, which is designed to support your personal and professional growth.

I understand why you became a nurse, to make a difference. I celebrate you for choosing a career path vital to making a daily impact. For over 25 years, I've also been working in the clinical field to make a difference.  I've been a catalyst in assisting clinical teams in designing programs and processes impacting staff and patient outcomes. My curiosity in medicine was inspired by my mom, who started her nursing career at St. Francis at the Beech Grove campus many years ago.  My personal experience and compassion for clinical teams have come through working with best-in-class medical device companies, like Cook Medical, in leadership, sales, and marketing, as well as with international infection control manufacturers designing workflow systems to protect patients and staff and medical device manufacturers focusing on improving patient outcomes in the surgery and endoscopy space.  I am excited to partner with you to focus on the core strengths impacting your everyday processes and professional career. YOU are the reason Franciscan Surgery Center can open its doors every day to serve our community.  You make a difference.
